Custom applications
Intake, case notes, attendance, volunteer hours, inventory. Replace the clipboard with a form your staff can finish between clients.
Agape Works builds custom applications, automated workflows and reliable data systems for human-services nonprofits — inside the Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace licensing you already qualify for.
The quarterly report takes a week.
Three staff, a shared drive and a lot of counting by hand — for numbers your system should already know. The same client exists four times.
Once on a clipboard, once in a spreadsheet, once in someone’s inbox, once in a program director’s memory.Nobody can answer “how many did we serve last month?”
Not because nobody knows. Because the answer takes two days to assemble and it is already out of date.None of that is a staffing problem. It is a systems problem, and systems problems can be fixed.
Microsoft and Google both donate or deeply discount their platforms to qualifying nonprofits. Most organizations we meet are paying for tools they never turned on. We build inside those, so there is no new subscription to defend to your board.
Intake, case notes, attendance, volunteer hours, inventory. Replace the clipboard with a form your staff can finish between clients.
The reminders, approvals and handoffs nobody has time to chase — running whether or not anyone remembers.
Years of spreadsheets consolidated into one source of truth that stays consistent as staff turn over.
Pull outcome numbers in a click instead of a weekend. This is usually the reason people call us first.
Written documentation and short screen recordings your team can rewatch, so knowledge does not walk out with one person.
Programs change, grants change, staff change. Your systems get updated to match instead of quietly going stale.
Move the sliders to match your organization. This only counts data entry — not the reporting weekends.
Intakes, visits, case notes, meals served, volunteer shifts.
Include the second entry — where paper gets typed into a spreadsheet later.
Wage plus benefits and payroll taxes, roughly.
0
staff hours a year spent recording work that already happened.
The arithmetic, in fullFifty-two weeks, no holiday adjustment. The 70% is the reduction we target when a paper or spreadsheet process moves into an app; it is not a guarantee, and it is the only assumption here we did not get from you.
A planning estimate, not a quote. Your real number depends on your programs and how much cleanup the history needs.
Microsoft and Google both donate their platforms to qualifying charitable organizations. This is not a discount you negotiate. It is a grant you apply for.
Email on your domain, Teams, SharePoint, 1 TB of OneDrive per person, and the web versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Adds installed desktop Office apps, device management and advanced security.
Gmail on your domain, Drive, Docs, Sheets and Meet. If your team lives in Google, we build in AppSheet instead.
Eligibility is verified against 501(c)(3) status and Microsoft’s own criteria. Government entities, schools, most healthcare organizations and political groups are generally excluded, and terms change — Microsoft retired two of its free grants in July 2025. Confirm current terms when you apply.
If you are not enrolled, we will walk you through the application on the first call. It takes about half an hour, and we will do it whether or not you ever hire us.
The scope, the pricing model and the number are all agreed in writing before a line of it gets built.
Forty-five minutes, no cost, no slide deck. Walk us through the process that hurts most. We will tell you honestly whether it is something we can fix.
Written scope, timeline and price, delivered alongside a working prototype built from your real process. The prototype is part of the proposal, not a separate paid phase.
Built in your Microsoft or Google environment, on your licensing, with your permissions model. You see it as it comes together rather than at the end.
Written guides and short screen recordings left in your environment, so the next hire can find them in six months without calling us.
Ongoing support under whatever arrangement fits, most often a monthly maintenance agreement. Consultants who build something impressive and then disappear are the problem we started this business to fix.
We will not publish a price list, because a number invented before we have seen your process would be fiction. Here is how it gets made instead.
One time
A single fixed price covering the whole project, agreed in writing before work begins. It does not move unless you ask for something new.
Monthly
One flat rate that keeps the system alive as your programs change. No per-request charges and no clock to watch.
Every record your organization creates belongs to your organization, without qualification, and lives in your own Microsoft or Google environment rather than on a platform we control.
The applications and documentation we deliver for you are set out as yours in the agreement, explicitly, rather than left to be argued about later.
The price, the scope and what happens if the scope changes are all settled in writing before the first thing gets built. You will never receive an invoice you did not expect.
What the number accounts for: how complex the work is, how many people will use it, what it has to connect to, the timeline you need, and what your organization can realistically afford. We will tell you which of those is driving yours.

If yours is not here, ask it directly.
A single fixed price for the build, then one flat monthly rate for ongoing support. Both are agreed in writing before anything gets built, so you are never billed for time you did not plan for and there is no clock running in the background. If the scope changes, we tell you what it does to the number before we act on it.
Usually not. Microsoft and Google both donate or deeply discount their platforms to qualifying 501(c)(3) organizations, and most of what we build runs inside that grant. If a project genuinely needs something extra, you will hear that before you commit.
Neither, today. General IT — hardware, Wi-Fi, printers, help desk — along with cybersecurity and 24/7 support are excluded from what this company offers. Power BI dashboards are a service line we are considering rather than one we currently provide. We would rather say that than learn on your budget.
Everything lives in your environment on platforms Microsoft and Google maintain, not on anything proprietary to us, and the documentation stays with you. Any competent Power Platform or AppSheet developer can pick up the work. Clients belong to the company rather than to either of us individually.
It is the normal starting condition, and it is most of what we do. What we need is a look at the real thing rather than a cleaned-up version — the mess tells us how the work actually happens.
Describe the process costing your team the most time. We will tell you honestly whether it is something we can fix — and if it is not, who should.
What is eating the most time right now?
Roughly how many staff?
Where does your team work today?
Hi Agape Works — we would like to talk about our systems.
